THERON SIMPSON JR., MA, MS & RCC
Mr. Simpson has more than 30 years of experience in Business Management and Human Resource as a practitioner and consultant. Before staring his own consulting firm in 1999, he served as an HR executive and manager in the healthcare, manufacturing and defense contracting industries.
Theron has completed several interim executive assignments and currently provides HR services on a retained basis for clients. He teams with his business partner to develop strategic plans for clients. In addition, he teaches business management courses as an Adjutant Professor for several universities and colleges.
Theron has earned Master of Arts and Science Degrees from Pepperdine University and Renseelear at Hartford, respectively. He is a Registered Corporate Coach with National Association of Business Coaches. He is a Vietnam Veteran and honorably served over 20 years in the U. S. Marine Corps and retired as a Captain. Theron volunteers his services on several Boards and is active in his community.
ELIZABETH BENTLEY SIMPSON, MA
Ms Elizabeth Simpson has more than 25 years of progressive experience in human resources and organizational management.
Elizabeth served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Baystate Health Systems located in Springfield, Massachusetts where she directed all aspects of HR. She served as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources of Aetna, Incorporated, located in Hartford, Connecticut.
A graduate of Paine College, Elizabeth holds an undergraduate degree in English. She has earned her Master of Arts in Personnel Management from Central Michigan University. Elizabeth has over eight (8) years of international experience while working in Europe and Asia with the United Services Organization (USO). Elizabeth has held leadership Board roles on local and national organizations.
